On 7/1/04 I called the number 866-834-1715 to order a free 30 day sample of Altovis advertised on TV and was told I had to pay shipping of $4.50 in which I gave them my bank debit card number-received my shipment in about 4 days-in speaking with the sales rep he did advise that this would put you in a 12 month cycle in which would be shipped in 2 month increments of $70.00 - I explained I would not commit to a product I had not yet tried & I could not afford - he did advise me to go to in which I did on 7/7/04-on 7/27/04 my debit card was charged $70.00-I called the company immediately to complain was put on hold for 10 & 15 minutes in the same call, was told it did not show that I had cancelled & what was my confirmation number.

I was able to go to the history & print the page-there is no confirmation number, they said if I faxed this to them I could get a refund, neither has happened! Low & behold the product showed up in the mail the next day saying you cannot return. which to me means it was mailed before my account was debited. they only keep giving me the runaround. to protect myself I disputed the charge with my bank & cancelled my debit card has many disputes with this company already. What else can I do? Please help put this company where they belong-out of business! Thanks to for opening my eyes & check out this or other companies first Thanks to you!

Act quickly! I subscribed to numovil for my memory ... and can not tell a difference. recieved my free 30 day supply and was charged for the 60 day supply

I subscribed to numovil for my memory because I was in school at the time. I have taken the product as prescribed and can not tell a difference. I also tried to call to cancel my subscription and was on the phone for over an hour and all they said was to go to [delete] if I wanted to cancel my order.

I already recieved my free 30 day supply and was charged for the 60 day supply which I also recieved. I agreed to pay for that but when I went to the website to cancell I found out what kind of company people are dealing with.

I immediatly called my credit card company and informed them of this scheme and they took care of it for me. I will not be charged for anything comeing from this company. So comsumers beware, just like me, you got taken. Call your credit card company now!!! You can fill out a dispute form if you have to. This company has to be stopped along with all the others. Good Luck!!

corparation scams America!!!!!

I called the phone number on tv to order a free
sample of enzyte. I did not comment to any thing
because i've never tried said product. I recieved the trail package in seven days. I tried to log on to [DELETED] with no success. I have also not been able to talk to anyone on the phone, the recording sayes someone will be with me shortley but no one ever comes on the line. Just like every other complaint I've read the second package arrived with a $70.00 charge on my card. I'm despretley searching for a way to contact Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals, if anyone out there can assist me in this, please contact me via Rip-off Report [DELETED].
Dont fall for this scam, if you do, you will be sorry!
