I too was ripped-off by this company. I saw a commercial on tv and thought the product would be good for my husband. We were sent a 30-day trial but NEVER TOLD that this was a 12-month program. It was not until I received a 60-day supply at the price of $70 (charged directly to my cc) that I became aware of the scam. I want my money back!! Help!! What a shame that Berkeley has to resort to such low level scams to make money. Shame on you!
