Here is a copy of the letter I mailed and emailed.

To the PRESIDENT OF AVLIMIL;
I purchased a 6 month supply of Avlimil in June/04..paid in full. Now I am dealing with credit card FRAUD, because YOUR COMPANY SIGNED ME UP WITH 12 MARKETING COMPANIES

Since that time, my credit card has had numerous charges for all types of Direct Maketing programs thatI DID NOT AUTHORIZE. All of these companies tell me that my information comes from your company. I have had to close my account, and have been temendously inconvenienced by this, not to mention the money that I have lost. I tried to call your 800 number provided on the bottle of Avlimil only to directed to a new phone number that will cost me $3.95 per minute. What kind of Customer Service is that???????????

Is this how you conduct businesss???? Does your product not do the job it is inteneded for, that you would have to bilk unsuspecting consumers like myself? Who gave you permission to pass out my information and credit card number?? I only authorized the order of Avimil, NOT the several Marketing companies that YOU gave my CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO!!!!!!! This is Illegal in every sense!!!!!

At this point, I do not wish to do business with your company for the callous way you handle me, the consumer.
I am expecting a full refund, and assistance in retrieving the money that was debited to my card.

I have also filed a complaint with Bank of America, they are sending me the fraud affidavid to sign. They also advised me to report you to the better business bureau, as well at the Florida State District Attorney's office.
I hope that you will contact me immediately, as I do not expect to pay for the phone call.
