Berkely Nutraceuticals ripoff - unauthorized charge on credit card Cinncinatti Ohio

I AM THE VICTIM OF THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY. I reside most of the time outside of the US for work. In reviewing my credit card statement recently I came across a charge "AVLIMIL 866-8341715 OH" for $35.00. I reviewed other statement only to find that this charge with varying amounts has been charged eacy month since October 25, 2003!

I called the company and after arguing with Tami (ext 5025) about getting a refund (she said no way), and after her refusing to discontinue charges, I ended up speaking with "Ebony (ext 5303). Ebony refused to issue a credit. She confirmed that it had been an Internet order but that it must have been authorized since my credit card number and address was there. I told her I had not lived at that address since November. She said too bad! She refused to issue a credit

She referred me to my credit company but said that even if they contacted Berkely they would not issue a credit.

I asked for her supervisor. She refused saying that there was none. She said I could fax a letter to them at "Account Research Div" but then refused to give me a fax number. I had to call back and got the fax no. 513-674-4831. She gave me a PO box but said the COMPANY HAD NO PHYSICAL LOCATION!!!

I asked for the president. She said the President was "MARK JOHNSON" but refused to put me through and repeated the PO box.

EVERYONE SHOULD HEEP ON THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY STOP THIS PRACTICE. http://www.askberkeley.com Send faxes to 513_674-4831 (lots of them!) I DID NOT EVEN ORDER THE PRODUCT LET ALONE A FREE OR OTHER TRIAL!
