Berlin Homeo Products; CCNow "Cure" for Guille Barre Syndrome only sent after a complaint requesting refund. Eden Prairie Minnesota

My husband and I were getting desparate to find help for debilitating symptoms thought to be Guille Barre' Syndrome. We ordered the "homeopathic" remedy called baritin. Five weeks later it had still not arrived. By then we didn't want it and wanted our money back.

When I emailed support@berlin-homeo.com complaining that it had never come and we no longer wanted it. We wanted our money back. Instead they averred that the product was surely lost in the mail and they would send "another" package.

When the "baritin" arrived, we discovered that it was being sent to us from Pakistan!! Two medicine bottles with a clear liquid were in the package with the tiny written instructions to put 15 drops into water and take twice daily. Lord only knows what is actually packaged in those bottles!!

Had we had any idea that it would come from Pakistan we wouldn't have ordered it.I don't believe it was sent in the first place and, when we complained, it was more cost effective to send product than return our money.
