The scam start out with a verbal agreement from US Management Hamdy "Andy" Allam to manage your property without any legal contract or management contract and you don't have to pay any managment fee if your monthly collection is short. US Management is taking care of everything for you... Don't Worry!
But low and behold, once the US Management takes over, your property will be filled at 100% occupancy but every tenant are drug dealers sharing their apartments and subleasing their apartment to other drug dealers.
Oh, I forgot, you have housing money. They will steal that from under your nose and tell you that it is being used for supplies. When you keeping putting money out of your pocket and can no longer pay your mortgage then you will be offered a partnership by this scum to purchase your property.
If you fire this scum and you should because there is no management contract in place then the lawyer will step in and sue you for the propert's value.
Owners beware of these two cons.....

I represented US Management Inc in my capacity as an attorney duly licensed in the State of Texas. I represented my client's interest within the bounds of Texas law. I have not done anything improper. My client's version of the facts vary quite a bit from those laid out above. If I am such a "con" sir, please sue me. I know I will prevail in court because I have done nothing wrong.
