I BOUGHT A GAME FROM THEM ONLINE TO DOWNLOAD. IT TOOK OVER 20 HOURS AND IT WILL NOT WORK. Also it downloaded 2nd and third party websites and apps
in order to run the game. something they neglected to say when i purchased it. it slowed my pc down to a crawl and ONE OF THE the 3rd party websiteS is a site called steam. the game would not work and i had to reinstall all my software on my pc becaUse it screwed up my pc with all the extra apps from 3rd party sites change my settings and my pc would not run right. best buy refused to take any responsibilty for it and will not refund my money even though the reciept says best buy on it.. they said i would have to go to the site that built the game to get a refund. and of course they have no phone number and will not respond to my email.

OH I SEE, ANOTHER SCAM WITHIN A SCAM BUY THE GAME SO YOU HAVE TO HIRE GEEK SQUAD AND PAY MORE TO BEST BUY. THIS GAME WAS A DOWNLOAD GAME!!!
I HAD IT FOR 2 DAYS. I guess best buy figures its cheaper to not refund 32.00 then
to have thousands of people read this post. They must have rocket scientist over there. i spent over ten grand at best buy. im done with them

No one will refund your money after you have opened software and used the product key.
Also the 'third party website' isn't third party nor is it a website. Geek squad will install the program for you. If you had asked them to install it, they would be responsible for any and all problems.
Blaming Best Buy for this is like buying a box of hair dye, bleaching your hair into straw, and then accusing Walmart of fraud.
