Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
After over 6 times of taking my laptop back for the same thing best buy gave me another one of much less value. When protested they said thats all they had to. So my $14oo. laptop turn in to a $600 with no warranty it took over two years of fighting with best buy.Don't buy from best. I wish I had found ripoffreport.com sooner. XXXXXXXX@hughes.net

Laptop Replacements

In your post, you say that Best Buy replaced your laptop. Did it have the same or close to the same specs? Same or larger hard drive? Same or larger screen? Same or larger memory? Same operating system? Etc.
2 years is a long time, and laptop prices have dropped quite a bit since then. If the laptop they gave you has the same or better specs, then they have lived up to their end of the bargain with respect to the warranty you purchased.
Was it even the same brand of laptop? More info is needed here about these things.
