Best buy SK They lied there price is low and no body beat there price match I do have proof its wrong HAGERSTOWN MARYLAND

I Purchase 2 Whirlpool microwave $169 each on Labor day online offered delivery to the local store picked up on Sept 5th as the store says no body beats the price of Best Buy but right on 25 day of after pick up I found same brand same Model all feature same in other local Lowe's store $139.00 I called them requesting the refund they said if I called within 15 days then they will adjust but its 25 days they cannot adjust and refund the balance ?
