I purchased an item from Best Buy online with my credit card. when I checked my Visa there were 2 additional amounts taken off of my card.


I cannot even access my account to get my order # because these scum suckers have changed my password.


Do not purchase anything online from these crooks.  I did not pay attention to the other consumer complaints about Best Buy on rip off report or other online consumer complaint services.


Please pay attention to my complaint and shop somewhere else.
