Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This is simple. My grandfather used to order a supplement from these folks and died in November. After his death I called and stopped auto delivery and auto bill. I keep getting the product in the name of my dead grandfather and they keep billing him despite the calls to stop the shipments. They hang up on me when i call frustrated.
I am posting this to create leverage in working with them and will gladly update it when they correct and refund the credit card.
