I was purchasing a Nikon D80 and they called to change or UP sell me on a differant camera,said the one I ordered would not work,and that I needed to order a RETAIL camera,as I would get no software,or cables .

When they called they told my daughter,I had odered a Camera. when I told him it was my daughters christmas present,and that he just told here,he said SO WHAT.

Called me a XXXhole, when I told him I wanted to cancel anything from them
