Best Western BILTMORE WEST RIPPED US OFF AND SENT ME HOME PACKING WITH PARASITES AND DOCTOR VISITS ASHVILLE North Carolina

What a nightmare vaction from hell this was. The room had hidden parasites and as soon as I took the blanket off the bed something imbedded into my leg. The whirlpool was a green color not blue and the lighting was kept low in the whirlpool area no proper lighing. I saw the hotel staff changing the mattreses outside the lobby left and right changing them around from room to room. I decided to call the health dept while I was there. They found the whirlpool filthy and wrote this up. I then called the news station to report this incident. We stayed there for 3 nites as were touring the bilmore estates.

Anyway when my husband and I Arrived home I was itchy all over from head to toe. I went to my doctor and found out I had scabies and lice from that stay at the Best Western biltmore West. I called the news immediately and they were going to rent the room and do microscoptic testing. The News man I spoke to said he would call me back. When he did, he stated the room had been rented already to another unsuspecting customer. The news man instructed me to report this to CDC and other agencies which I did and to call the owner to have him refund us the money, because i had to go see the doctor 3 times to obatin cremes and medicine to get rid of this.

I called Mr. Satis Patel to tell him what had happened and he was hateful and said I will not refund you one red cent!!!!!!
