Order# 12423 at Bestreplica.sr. My name is Ryan, and as with many other customers all over many sites I'm seeing now, I was scammed by these cons. After taking my money, they rarely if ever answered my questions and concerns. If you call the support number listed on their order tracking page it takes you to a survey and "cruise line" service. Once you opt out of the program on that line, the number disconnects you every time you try to call back. Their other number always takes you to a prerecorded message, to which I never spoke to a live person or had a call returned. I started looking online at some of the reviews that were popping up, and showed concern I was being scammed. They finally answered and rudely told me that the complaints were made by their competitors, I was being paranoid and to not worry, my watch would be shipped soon. My watch was over a month being "assembled", even though the site showed they had it in stock. They sent me an incorrect tracking number once it finally shipped (from China, not Switzerland), and as soon as it arrived, the disappointment continued as it wasn't even the same model I ordered, but a model I've since found at other sites for $200.00. I sent the watch back immediately (same day, same package, unworn), and was told I'd get a full refund. Their website refund policy clearly states the refunds will take 14 days, but the sales rep I dealt with said it would take "a full billing cycle" of 30 days, as their bank was overseas (Botswana). Well a month passed with no refund, and now they've stopped answering all Emails completely.
Over the past couple days I've sent over 20 emails total to 4 different contacts I'd spoken with at the beginning, and only after finally threatening legal action did I get a very rude and argumentative series of responses. They've previously answered to some complaints on these sites saying that by using a credit card or bank card you're protected, but do the homework for yourselves with your banks and credit cards as that's not the case. By the time they jerked me around, over 3 months have passed, and that becomes a task and ton of paperwork to reclaim your losses, if you can at all. If you use direct transfer for the huge discount they offer, you're screwed entirely. (No doubt why they offer the discount). If anyone doubts this, look over the site thoroughly. CALL the numbers listed and see for yourself. Check out the authentic Rolex site and make note the exact photos are used with the exact date, hour, minute and second hand location. If anyone wants to see the scores of emails, I have those too and will gladly share or post them. These scammers change the name of their sites regularly apparently, as have mailed me from a couple different domain names. They claim to be in business for over 20 years, but find any evidence of that anywhere. Their rude behavior and poor customer service betrays their lies as ANY reputable business would never dare to be so dismissive over legitimate complaints and concerns. Where they should be apologizing and making restitution, you will get only argument and patronization. IF that is, they even answer at all.
I will, and encourage all those already scammed by these people at Bestreplica or any of their affiliates, to file a complaint through the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) website: ftccomplaintassistant.gov And file a complaint with the FBI task force assigned to this type of scam trough the International Crime Complaint Center (IC3): Www.ic3.gov If you live outside the U.S., I believe you should still be able to use the IC3 and make a report, but the FTC is for American consumers only. You should still find your local equivalent of these offices online and do the same. They hide by filtering the money through other countries, and from what I've read seem to be based in Suriname, but obviously have contacts in the U.S. And other locations for their PO box and shipping. International fraud is a matter of national security now, for all we know this money is going to ISIS, so the more legitimate complaints against these criminals the better the chance of them drawing more attention and being brought to the justice they deserve.
