Beth Inc is the billing company for Alliance Home Medical. Back in December 2016 I change my insurance carrier and I notified Alliance of the change. Then in September of 2017 I began getting calls from them about a past due. They had my current carrier on file, but they would not tell me when their system was updated. By this time it was too late for me to file a claim, and they never returned my call to tell me how they would resolve it. Probably because their idea of resolution was to send me a past due bill.
