Bethany Group - Madison At Rockrimmon Cant get my deposit back even though they can tell me how much they owe me! Colorado Springs Colorado

Legally apt complexes have to refund your money 60 days after moving out. For me that would be Oct 30 that the check should have been cut.

They will tell me what they owe me, they just wont pay me.
The apt manager keeps saying her regional manager isnt answering her when she emails. (Why cant she call the regional manager, no one will answer this) I called the home office in California, no one returns my calls, I finally had someone call me and say I would have the check no later than Friday the 21st.

No check, have called again to both locations, no return call.Its now December.
