My company has had a perfectly clean record. Then out of the blue a former customer a year after servicing him decides to file a complaint for a refund because he's being evicted and loss his job attempt a extortion. After showing all my documentation Gary Almond, Kim Burge and their top Lieutenant, Mr. William, (Bill) Mitchell publish the bogus report, with all the negative trimmings they can put on, downgrade from an A rating.

After I suing in small claims now to get an injunction from the court to get the B.S. removed.
