Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I filed a complaint with the BBB regarding the PermaCrete company in Nashville.It took the BBB numerous attempts even to get a response from PermaCrete. The BBB wanted to close the complaint as invalid???I argued with them on this. In the end they closed the complaint saying PermaCrete made a reasonable effort to resolve the complaint which was absolutely not true. PermaCrete would not even respond to the complaint let alone try to resolve it.
It is obvious that the BBB is only there to support companies (where the funding comes from) and does nothing for the consumer.Another total waste of time.

Why would you even waste your time contacting the BBB? The BBB is a FOR PROFIT BUSINESS who has absolutely no power to make anyone do anything. Just common sense.
Why don't you list what the actual rip off was regarding PermaCrete? That might actually get some results for you.
