This company is the worst with customer service. They claim you the consumer can cancel at anytime for any reason EXCEPT when you do, they charge you anyways and keep your money. You can look on Facebook at others reviews of how awful these people are and how many people they have ripped off.
They have stolen over $230 from me and will not return it. It clearly states on their website that if therapy is no longer needed than you many cancel. However, they still charge you and wont refund you even though your therapist has dismissed you.
The prebill monthly now not weekly and do not tell you when money will be drafted from your account. They contradict themselves with their refund and cancellation policy. Long story short. They are frauds, they have ripped lots of consumers off. They lie. Do not use this company!!!!!
