Better World Books Ordered several used books, went to check out, credit card info entered, then delay was horrible, so cancelled credit card unknown unknown

The web site for used books was on an Amazon page. they had a good collection and great prices and a great spiel.after credit card info entered at checkout, the waiting to process screen came on and never went away after an hour. I messaged them in live chat, got sort of a reply, but never got completion of sale. decided to cancel my card and report them. Tried to report to Amazon also. My McAfee did not alert!!!

Canceled my order after taking my money

Either "Better World Books" has very poor inventory system, or the people that work there are grossly incompetent at keeping track of stock, or they are deliberately scamming people. They canceled my order within an hour after purchasing it and sending money via Paypal. I then discovered they have a habit of doing that to many customers, i.e. listing items they do not have in stock. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for my money to be (hopefully) refunded to me. It doesn't matter how lofty your goals are. If you can't conduct business with integrity, then you deserve a bad report.
