Unfortunately, it's extremely easy to project expectations on Revisitors services which are unrealistic. We cannot guarantee that any campaigns' results will be equivalent to those of more expensive, keyword or demographic targeted advertising methods.

We do our best to explain in an up front manner just what exactly we sell, which is bulk redirected traffic.  This type of traffic isn't like the organic traffic gained via search engines or PPC advertising. Our visitors are organically gained, real people, who have clicked on a generic ad (pop-up, pop-under, banner, expired domain, FFA link, etc...) in our network. These visitors are then sorted by the geographic location of the ad on which they've clicked and the language setting of their browser, before they're redirected to our customer's campaigns. Again, as our ads are generic, and do not contain any specific reference to our customer's sites, we do not consider our visitors to be self-selected.  Your site may be displayed to visitors as a pop-up, pop-under, via an in-line frame, or directly in a visitors web browser.

Because these visitors are not self-selected, their behavior can be rather erratic.  A large discrepancy tends to occur between the counter we provide each of our customers in order to track their campaigns, mainly due to visitors closing a customers website before it has loaded completely, or because a customer's website is intercepted by pop-up blocking software. We clearly state in our terms and conditions of service, as we pay our network providers on a per-visitor basis, that we consider our counter to be authoritative.

Many of our customers do experience conversions from our traffic, however, in all honesty, I'd be lying to you if I told you that every one of our customers walks away with sales or sign-ups.  We can only send visitors to your site. We cannot force them to completely load, stay for any length of time, buy, or sign up for anything.  Bounce rates may be high.  There is an element of luck in having the right visitor, from the right location, sent to your campaign's URL at the right time.  We would consider a 0.5% conversion rate to be exceptionally high.  We cannot guarantee that your campaign will convert; I don't believe that any advertising company can guarantee conversion.

We also clearly state that due to the popular nature of the websites that participate in our advertising network, we cannot guarantee that each visitor who loads your site will be IP unique.  Again, we neither imply nor guarantee that 100% of any campaign's visitors will be IP unique.

We offer pro-rated refunds to our customers, no questions asked, for any of their campaigns' undelivered visitors.  We pay our providers for visitors as they are gained, therefore we have no problem refunding any undelivered visitors.

I'm really sorry that you weren't pleased with your results, but we're hardly a scam.  I we make quite clear what we offer in our FAQ, How it Work page, counter analysis page, and in our terms and conditions of service.  We never hesitate to answer our customer's concerns; although we may not be able to live up to unrealistic expectations.
