Hi,
I have been going to these guys for quite some time.
Then yesterday 11.04.07 they scratch my front drivers side tire RIM by rubbing it on the curb of the carwash.
I did not notice the damage until the following day, so I went back to report it, and ask them to fix or replace it. they refused, and said I have no proof they did it.

You have no proof that they did it.
Since this damage is on the driver's side rim, how could you not notice it at the time of service, before leaving the car wash?
Most car wash customers, at the very least, take a moment to walk around their vehicles to make sure they are satisfied with the way the car looks. Obvious damage, especially to the driver's side, should have been very easy to catch.
