Bevilles the Jewellers, took my 1 carat diamond ring as it needed a repair, they gave me a reciept so when i pick up my ring i get the right one, they wrote all my details as well as a full description of my ring "1 carat diamond" 3 weeks later when i went to pick up my ring, they tried to give me a much smaller diamond!! It wasnt my ring!!!
I told them and they said i was a liar, a showed them the reciept as well and they then said the woman who served me was TOLD by me to write down that it wa sa one carat diamond, and that she felt threatened!!
Thats ludacrouse, who in their right mind as jeweller or worked for a jeweller would do something like that without telling their manager or boss etc??
Well Bevilles still has not given me my ring back, or a replacment or a refund! They are rude to me on the phone, and i am very disgusted with them.
How can a jeweller get away with losing a 1 carat diamond worth $7000 Au, when the customer has a reciept!! ??
Thats my dealings with Bevilles, I am REVOLTED and i will never go there again unless its to tell everyone at the store about them and their thieving!
