I contracted for their penny auction software. After you make the payment, the project should be done withing 30 days. Is been almost 7 months since, and can not finish the project, and they just give you the run around. I keep asking for a refund but the rep Kim keeps saying the only the owner Doug can issue refund but his never available, or he will not return any of your calls. Company keeps making excuses like we just fired a programmer or we are going through some changes but nothing gets or no refund gets issued, they said they have a no refund policy however they have nor delivered anything.
