BGS3 - Program3648 Waste of money Internet

I worked w/ BGS3 for over a year and actually had success w/ some of the leads they sent me. Problem is they just give you a list of names and addresses. You must prepare letters  & envelopes to send plus pay for postage. This is called overhead. I was sending out over a 1000 letters a month. I was listing 6-8 homes per month. Then I started sending them offers and realized these folks do a piss poor job of processing shorts sales. Many solid, sometimes full price offers sat there till they went to sheriff sale. This co. is a joke, dont wast your money. I did thier program and did it right, trust me you want nothing to do w/ these shiesters. I paid them over $9,000 over 15 months for thier crappy service. Dont make my mistake.
