BH Capital is owned by George Lovato Jr who cons people into investments and making loans for them and getting a fee. He does not use full disclosure, he lies, and investors have lost millions. He has taken two companies public and both have failed. His references are friends and business associates. His new scam is Cielo Azul - BBNT Corp where he wrote up the valuation though is is a shareholder and one of the founders. Run away from him and his companies/investments.
