Big Apple refuses to refund my money after I have returned to them the order I placed with them. When I found out that UPS was charging me $62.00 in brokerage fees in addition to the $20.00 I already paid for shipping and handling with Big Apple I decided to return my order to Big Apple.
Big Apple informed me they would not refund my order amount. This is a Big Apple rip off. Being a senior citizen I cannot believe that companies like this can do business this way. Big Apple is getting their product back why can I not get my money back? Two thumbs way down Big Apple. Enjoy spending a senior citizens money without having to earn it.

It doesn't suprise me that Steven Spitz of Big Apple Herpetological would rip off a senior citizen. Heck, I think that he'd even rip off his own mother!
