I have trie to locate and or contact this company so far as I can tell they do not exist address and phone # and unreachable. Charged my credit card 2 weeks ago promising 2 day shipping and can not contact at all. I have tried to look up their info online no contact info at all.

I wish to retract my report on Big Duck Canvas. I have been contacted by on of the owners, who although I am certain was very upset with me continued maintain a profession and courteous attitude with me throughout our conversation. It seems there was a problem between the data processing co. and Big Duck Canvas because of the guest status checkout I used. I have discussed the reasons that caused me to react negatively and have been assured they will be remedied. I am completely satisfied with the outcome of our conversation and would now highly recomend this company to others in need of these products. I furthermore apoligise to all involved for the misunderstanding and wish them well in the growth of their company.

I would be more than happy to help you with this. We have checked all of our records and have no issues of this nature. We have received no emails, phone calls or voice mails regarding an issue such as this. EVER!
If you legitimately made an order through our site, you received an order confirmation with a login to our website which you can submit issues or questions about your order.
We believe this is a bogus report filed on our company by a competitor playing dirty. It's ok. Our attorney is handling the matter and will be contacting the owners of this website and the person(s) responsible for this act of slander. Its simply untrue and we can prove it. I challenge the person responsible for this post to respond with any proof of the statements they have submitted to this site.
