On 1 October 2011, I bought Squizz 4.0 on line from BigNet Store at a discounted price. It was to be sent electronically, but it has not been sent.  Since their advertized Yahoo contact address does not work, I have been unable to contact them. The 'umbrella' website is RegNow (Digital River). One would think that if BigNet Store is one of their official vendors, they would take action to stop it using their name. RegNow has promised me a refund, but I am skeptical that I will ever see it. Does anyone know anything about this BigNet Store?
