Big Time Bats Hampster industries Made purchase never received and refusal to contact me Nationwide

I purchased from Big Time Bats/ Hampster Industries 11/16/2015 and have not received my purchase yet. They do not have a customer service phone number just an email that you should hear back in 24 hours. I have done that and spoke to the sales hotline and told them the issue they have place escalated request. I am yet to be contacted from the company.
I wonder if this company is a ponsey scheme or a real company very disappointed and will take legal actions if not radicated soon.

The 11/16/2015 Purchaser was shipped within our alloted timeframe as disclosed at the time of purchase. His product was returned to us due to an invalid address that the customer submitted during order entry. We reached out to the customer mutiple times for his correct address without receiving a response. Customer finally reached out to us in March inquiring on his purchase. At that point, his product was resent with the corrected address and his transaction was completed.
