This website is a fraud. I wish I had search this website before I signed up to do business with them. This is a fraudulent website. I signed up to sell my items on this site. The items sold but they never paid me. I also purchase some books off this site for school and the books never arrived. I am still trying to get my money back from my credit card company. The site has a lot of 4 and 5 stars rating posted upfront so I assumed that it was a legitimate site. I was wrong. I sold all my used college books on this site, bigalley.com collect the money from the buyers and never sent me my money.
I cannot stress this enough......this site is a fraud. DO NOT buy anything from this site. DO NOT sell anything on this site. They won't pay you for the sold item.
I received several emails that my check was in the mail but there are no checks. When I contact them, for my money, they continue to insist that the check was in the mail. I never received any check and when I contact them, they asked for my bank account to transfer the money, like if I was that dumb to give out my bank account information.
I currently, have them under investigations and I expect this site to be close soon.
In the interim, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE. I notice that the other complaints on this ripoffreport.com have rebuttal that the site is good. The rebuttal is coming from members of the company who are trying to repair their damage reputation so they can continue to operate a fraudulent business. I have Google currently working on banning this website from search. I am filing a report with bing.com to prevent this site from showing up in search.
