Bigmouths Productions -John W.Yancey II Horrific experience with this company! Very unprofessional, destroyed all good memories of my wedding day! Refuses to respond to my many attempts to contact them. Tampa/Orlando/St.Pete Florida

I hired an internet wedding and party service company for my May 2008 wedding in Orlando. I paid for a D.J, a photographer, and videographer, all for 5 hours.
I was assured that Johnny himself was going to personally D.J my wedding as I explained to him I got a phone call from an X-employee that warned me to get my money back and not to do business with this company.

I should have listened to the warning.

I selected my wedding songs for my special day and spoke to Johhny on the phone several times for the next 6 months prior to my wedding date. Johnny decided to take the liberty to SING my requests at my wedding, and hog the camera once I received my DVD 3 MONTHS LATER! They captured video of the videographer sitting down several times just letting the camera roll on an empty dance floor. My maid of honor was so irritated she was actually caught on camera grabbing him and pulling him to the side and asked him what the hell he thought he was doing...he proceeded to sing right into the camera and not film my family slow dancing to a special song that was requested and dedicated to the bride and groom. He destroyed the song!

My wedding video was of unacceptable quality once I had to threaten to get it from him in the specified time frame HE told me I would receive it. (4-6 weeks). Bigmouths Productions was an all-inclusive company so each person hired all worked for the same company. One would think they worked in sync, but not at all! Upon the exchanging of our vows, the photographer ran up and into the videographer, this prevented the groom's vows from being seen or heard because he apologized right into the camera. This was not edited on my wedding video either! Perhaps because the photographer (Bryan) was far too interested in picking up on all my friends & bridemaids, that he had no time to do the job he was paid to do. Of course he used the 'smooth' line that he usually photographs models, not weddings. Nice job buddy!

Upon announcement of the wedding party he failed to announce the Usher first and then just threw him in when he realized he made a mistake.

Needless to say, my wedding was a bust, but when I pay over $3,200 for wedding services, I expect to get what I paid for. Not a chop job.

Our wedding package included 100 wedding photos in which I have not yet received and I was to own the copyrights. Upon receipt of my first disc it was a photo slideshow. How do I have the rights to photos I can't possible copy to make prints on my own? I disclosed this to him upon booking that I intended to make many of my own copies for relatives that may not be able to afford them..Another misleading service I over paid for.

It has now been 4 months since our wedding day and not one person at Bigmouths Productions will return my calls, or emails.

My husband and I are in the process of moving into our new home and I want to be sure they make it to the correct address. I have no means of contacting them other than the email and numbers they supplied to me. I never had a problem getting a return call or email prior to my event, but now that I'm expecting the memories I paid for, I can't get ahold of anyone.

Johnny made many excuses along the way stating that items were shipped priority (with no tracking # for me to track package), when they were not. It was not until my husband called him and told him he better make good on his word or we will be contacting our attorney and the Better Business Bureau that he finally shipped our awful wedding video. It was clearly UN-edited, more of a comedy how uncomfortable the videographer made our guests feel when he filmed them doing nothing. To make matters worse, I paid for 5 hrs of film, I ended up with less than 1.5 hrs of RAW footage. The video was to be complimentary edited. These special memories we will never be able to get back. We are out of alot of money and have only a fraction of what we paid for. Bigmouths Production refuses to contact me as the where the rest of my items paid for are or will be shipped to us.

We are extremely dissapointed with the service from Bigmouths and would highly recommend doing alot of research on a company before hiring them for your wedding day. These are memories that are very precious to us and the entire family as our Uncle passed away shortly after the wedding and we had hoped he was on our video happy and alive. Bigmouths did not give a d**n and still have yet to return my numerous calls.

DO NOT hire Bigmouths Productions for any event that is of importance to you or anyone you know!!
