#1 REBUTTAL Individual responds

response to Tajbakhsh lies

AUTHOR: Bijan - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, May 11, 2012

Dear Mrs. Tajbakhsh,

I recently was made aware of your
allegations against me in Ripoff Report. Needless to say, it came as
a shock, particularly to the extent of your dishonesty and lies,
particularly that you paid me $9000, and allegation coming almost 2
years after cancellation of your contract .

I can easily document through a signed
contract that the total fees quoted was $3500 to assist your son in
his application for a visitors visa application to the United States
, not $9000. Secondly, the terms of our contract were $1500
nonrefundable and you gave me a check $2000 (which we  never
cashed) as security to be cashed after your son received his visa.
After I gave you all the information and spent a lot of time with
you and your husband ,you called me to cancel the contract stating
that your son decided against visiting the United States at that
time. I notified you several times that we cannot cancel a contract
unless I receive email or written notification from you so
instructing me. I have maintained the record in the form of saved
emails that I emailed you several times (specifically June 16, 2010
- June 16, 2010 - June 17,2010 - June 22, 2010 - June 22, 2010 -
June 22, 2010 - July 7, 2010) informing you that if you wish to
cancel your contract, I will be happy to do so upon receipt of your
email confirming your intent to cancel. Unfortunately you did not
bother to answer any of my emails and finally, I met with your
husband and yourself and gave you back the 2000$ check that you left
for deposit and as well as a $1000 refund of the $1500 that you paid
me. I only retained  $500$ for all the time that I spent for
you. You shook my hand and thanked me for the $1000 that I gave you.

Now, 2 years later, you have chosen to
make this false statement about me that you payed me $9000 which we
never charge that amount for tourist visa. Such conduct is shameful.
You also made a false statement that you are reporting this matter
from Iran when Ii know you live in Los Angeles. Simply if you have
any claim and you have any evidence you could have gone to Small
Claims Court and shown your evidence.  Do not  tell people
to go to the FBI when you yourself lie about everything. below is
one of the emails that I have sent you on June 16, 2010 which
explains every thing. For those people that know me and my honesty
and hard work, this kind of statement does not work.  I wish
you and your husband all the best but must warn you that this type
of statement is libelous and actionable in a court of law and ask
you to consider this before you engage in spreading this type of
false allegation again.

B-2
visa service agreement

Dear Mr Tajbakhsh

I hope that you and your family
are fine.

I am writing this letter to recount the
history of our present relationship.
You contacted me concerning
the possibility of your son Aidin obtaining a visitor's visa to to
come to the U S to attend a ceremony for his sister. After a long
discussion about the feasibility of  obtaining this visa,
particularly in light of your disclosure that a green card
application has previously been filed for him, and considering that
he is already a full-time student resident in Cyprus and could show
his intention to return there to complete his studies, there became
an understanding that he had a very reasonable chance for the visa
and that  this is a good risk case to apply for a B-2 visitor
visa.

Based upon this understanding, you entered
into an agreement on June 08, 2010 with my office hiring me to
proceed with his application.. The terms of that agreement was that
you would pay me a $1500  non refundable fee to secure my
services and leave a check for $2000 to be held in my office and be
deposited only after the visa was approved , otherwise this check
would be returned to you if the visa was not issued. The $1500 fee
was in order to secure knowledge and strategy and information and all
the time i started to put in this case accumulated through over
25 ears of experience in this field. other vise without a none
refundable fee  would not start the case as I gave you set fee
no matter how much time I put to this  petition.

The
next day you wasted no time and called me to do an in depth study of
the facts and and  email you the list of all documents needed.
After  spending 6 or 7 hours on your case including all phone
calls  I prepared the case based on information you provided to
me.  After my hard work, you informed me that  you decided
to do the visa application by yourself and made the excuse that your
son changed his mind of proceeding with this visa application.

I
then asked you to email me and formally memorialize your decision to
terminate my services and cancel this application and I confirmed
that I would cooperate with you upon receiving this email. You
chose,  however , to ignore my request  and instead, kept
calling me and wasting my time. and further told me that you would
like to come to my office without having an appointment.

In
all of your calls , I repeatedly asked you to email me of your
intention to cancel. Instead , you chose to attempt to intimidate me
by threatening to  complain to the State of California  and
ruin my name and reputation.
 Once again, I am requesting
that you please  send an email of your intention for
continuation of this application OR CANCELLATION of your agreement.
It is simply  not fair or honest to sign an agreement and put me
to work, use my knowledge and spending several hours of my time and
not sending me an email of your intention instead black mailing me
with threats . I am more than happy to work with you to either
continuous or cancel  your contract agreement if you compensate
me for my time .  sincerely
