This false report has been online for over one (1) year and counting now. This is the only negative report with my name attached to google and it is now effecting my professional way of life. I ask you to show proof of the money you claimed I have stolen from you for a twitter verification or delete your false claim. Fabrizio, we never had any business regarding twitter.

Here are the facts.

Fabrizio you reached out to me via twitter summer of 2013 when I paid a contact who verified accounts in Canada an undisclosed amount who stole from me. Eventually, he may or may have not done the same to you.

You then pursueded me into believing you were an honorable business likemind gentleman and wanted me to help you confirm talent bookings with notable urban artists. At that time, that was my profession and I have and had the network to assist you because you were interested in becoming a promoter within the NYC area. And, you had no direct contact to speak to any of the urban acts you liked to book for your events.

We (Fabrizio and myself) agreed to book a DJ at the time I was managing and his talent agent. The DJ declined to confirm your show. I then offered to refund your 50% deposit of $750.00 USD but you refused and begged me to confirm another DJ for you.

I confirmed another DJ for you two business days later, but you were unable to confirm the venue and this is when you began your emotional rant online using social media (twitter) as well as harrassement and so on.
Fabrizio, you began spamming and harrasing me online only. This is when I placed three (3) police reports on you over the course of three (3) weeks. By filing the police reports and having the copies delivered to your home address, you then began to leave me alone with your online only harrassements and online bullying/spamming.

So, fast forward, you had no way of obtaining contact with me due to your own ill advised actions you than began to go to second and third party websites to attempt to tarnish my great name and reputation with slander.

Facts continued:

The photo that you placed above, you are the active person creating such accounts and spamming me via this way not using your own www.twitter.com/fabrizio twitter handle. You spam me using other accounts so I may or may not take further legal actions agaisnt you, literally.

Michael Maddaloni was never professionally done wrong financially. Hence, why he nor my former employee DJ Q45 has responded to your false allegations.

Fabrizio Moreira yourself writing complaints on ripoffreport.com is also not your first time. You have a lenghtly history filing complaints and being accused on ripoffreport.com. The links listed prove the following. Your patterns are listed below.

Fabrizio Moreira another known as online only as www.twitter.com/fabrizio show proof of your twitter verification $4000.00 USD claim or delete this negative accusation that has been showing on google.com search engines when my name is being searched. Over one year has passed with no factual proof from your claim only false and negative allegations.

Again, here are the facts..

1. Fabrizio Moreria inquired in a talent booking for a DJ that I represented at the time DJ Q45 whom I was his talent agent and talent manager. 
2. Fabrizio Moreria you reached out to me through twitter about such. 
3. Fabrizio Moreria you then reached out to me with interests to book the other two names in your claim. Your initial reach is saved with you approaching me to contact such talent.
4. Fabrizio Moreria you did not deposit $3000 you have deposited $1500 USD. Which $750 USD went to payment for the talent and the remaining $750 USD went to purchasing round trip flights with SUV service to and from airport and to and from hotel to venue roundtrip including which you have had the email for. 
5. The additional twitter posts are in relations with my former employee who he had personal courtships with not business related. If all you are going on to prove your claim of myself stealing from you are social media comments and posts without factual grounds, you're delusional. 

In closing:

1. All of our conversations are saved including with the $1500.00 USD business transaction and exactly how it has been distributed accordingly. 
2. Your online attempts with any and all attempts of targeting harrasment are saved, stored and filed.

Fabrizio Moreria, submit your address in this reply and we will move forward legally. Because, you honestly believe your claim of myself stealing $3000 from you which is 100% false and have been targeting myself for over a year and a half.
