This low life so called ''Bill Chang'' attempted to have my pay pal account pay for his cell phone. This creep will come out of the wood work and will ruin a nice day. I would love to have a minute in a locked room with this roach with me holding a blow torch to this creeps face. If there is a hell I pray he and his family will rot in hell.

He didn't try to have you Paypal account pay for anything, what he was trying to do is to get you to click on the link in the email you received so that he can get your Paypal login and password. It's called phishing, and this jerk has been doing it a long time.

When you click on his link, it looks like the Paypal website, and you are asked all sorts of private info, like bank account #s, credit card #s, passwords and login IDs. But it's all fake. Don't ever fall for anything like that. Just go to Paypal and look at your history, that will tell you if you were being billed for anything.
