We received a confirmation email from aw-confirm@paypal.com that a $474.99 Nokia 8800 cell phone was shipped to Bill Chang at 202 N. Magnolia Drive, Saco, ME 04072.

It also stated that we had paid LWP Electronics the $474.99, I assume it was charged to one of our credit cards. Will find out when the bill arrives.

Called information and there is no Bill Chang in Saco, ME or the surrouding area.

I've also filed a formal complaint with the police.

He is "phishing" for your Paypal account info, password, etc. There's a link in the email, stating to click here if you want to dispute the charge with paypal, that is when he nabs your info. Don't fall for it. He's tried this on hundreds of people. Go into Paypal and check your transactions, if he truely charged your account, it would show up there.
