In Bill's subscription financial newsletter dated May 6, 2016, he wrote that he had been cautious many times over the last seven-plus years, but had never retracted his bull call. Yet in Bills financial newsletter dated September 28, 2015, he had written that the bull market appears to be over, that he had been a bull this entire period of time, and that he wasn't anymore.
Can both of these statements be true? I think not! Additionally, all of his portfolios listed in his May 6, 2016 newsletter indicate that these have done worse than the DOW or S&P 500 year-to-date.
