 When I decided to rent from Bill Nelson last July 2013 he said he was going to replace this 20 year old stinky carpet, fix the sliding glass door (it's metal to metal) and put some blinds on the windows. Well I showed up with the movers and he hadn't done anything but but down some tile in the kitchen. I didn't have anywhere else to go. So I reluctently moved in.

The grout on the tile came up in a couple of weeks becasue the dumbass didn't know what he was doing. So for almost a year now all of the tiles have come up and when you walk they wobble and crack. He refuses to fix them and anything else in the place.

The smoke detectors don't work and the toilet wobbles when you sit down. He also painted over almost every electrical outlet because he's too stupid or lazy to do the prep. 

I've had it with this jack a** and haven't paid rent in a month. He has sent over his son (Randall Scott Nelson)(((REDACTED)))f I didn't move out. I called the police. Nothing happened.

Then a couple of days ago Bill started pounding on my door, tried to kick it in and threatened to remove the door and toilet from the apartment and said he had 10 guys that were going to kick my a** if I didn't move out in 2 days. Again the police were called. They told him to stay away from me. Did he listen? No. I was outside with my dog and he starts screaming at me, callng me a mother effer this and mother effer that. Calling me every name in the book. I just ignored him because he is a ***((REDACTED))) and there isn't a cival way to deal with these people. I told him I'm moving out and that's that.

Do not rent from this guy. He will make you think that he is such a nice old man but he is far from it. (((REDACTED)))They tell you how everything is included in the rent but they don't invest anything back into this s*** hole. I should have moved out months ago. These people are slum lords plain and simple. 

Also they are (((REDACTED))). My apartment is attached to the back of the house.

Stay away from these people, far away. They are evil.
