Bill Ramella William Ramella Misrepresed his experience - was fired from last job Denver CO

Bill Ramella applied for a job at the travel nurse agency that I own and operate. He came across as a great candidate when he applied.

My team had him in for two interviews. We liked the fact that he had long experience at FastStaff. He told me he was a recruiter there and then went on to supervise a team there.

After the interview process we decided to make Bill Ramella an offer. He accepted it, both in writing and verbally. We were happy to have him on board. 

When my team was doing our background checks and reference screens we found some things that gave us pause. For one, we got mixed messages from folks we reached out to at FastStaff to confirm information. It seemed like we were asking about different people when we were gathering information. This led me to question Bill Ramella's background.

Secondly, someone else we hired from FastStaff is now working for my agency. This person did not work with Bill Ramella personally but gave me the information of someone that did. My team spoke with this woman that worked with Bill Ramella. Her name is Heather Johnson. She told my team that Bill Ramella did NOT leave in good standing like he had told me. In fact, Heather Johnson said that Bill Ramella had got fired and terminated from employment at FastStaff! Aparently he had been doing unethical things at FastStaff and that was the reason Bill Ramella got fired.

After getting this information, my team had looked a bit deeper and found that one of his references was completely false. 

I immediately confronted Bill Ramella about this information. He proceeded to tell me that this was not true. He said that Heather Johnson was lying and that his reference was confused. However I was certain that Bill was lying and told him the offer had been rescinded. 

A few months later, I get on the computer and see his name on my LinkedIn page. He is now working for my competitor, Medical Solutions!! I am astounded that such a large company with resources would buy into this man's lies. No doubt, he told them that he resigned from his position at FastStaff also, which is a lie.

Medical Solutions management and executive team: you have an employee named Bill Ramella that has lied to your face. Please investigate my claims for yourself if you don't believe me. He was fired from a previous employer for good cause and was likely fired from others.

Bill Ramella, I want all of Denver, CO to know you are a liar and a crook. Do not believe this man's lies. He is a very unethical employee. Do your own research.
