Bill & Son Towing COMPULSIVE LIARS, THIEVES, AND ILLITERATE! (i.e. "I have 21 years experience and many ACCOMODATIONS"....TRANSLATION: recommendations... Toronto, Ontario

BILL & SON TOWING  C L A I M S that... (as per their website: www.billandson.ca):

"We at Bill and Son Towing are committed to providing a world class towing service for The Greater Toronto Area."

and

"Accidents happen and we are always available to lend you a helping hand. Bill & Son Towing is the fast, friendly and affordable solution."

NEITHER OF THESE CLAIMS ARE EVEN CLOSE TO BEING TRUE.

HERE'S THE STORY IN A FLASH:

-during a phone call conversation, an agreement is made that a car will be towed for $140.

-the car is towed to its destination, at which time the tower OUT OF NOWHERE, requests $200 cash.

-we ask for a receipt, but that can't happen unless the price is significantly more than the $200.

-the tower than says that the only way to get a receipt is for him to tow the car back.

-the $140 original agreement is completely DENIED!

-the tower is told that this is no way to do business. He responds that he has been doing this for 21 years, and has many "ACCOMMODATIONS".

-by this, one can only assume that he means "recommendations"...I'll let his words speak for themselves.

-he leaves.


Any accident is a grave experience for any individual, including a car accident. A person who needs a "helping hand" in their time of need should not have to go through the deceptions that this so called "family business" claims to provide.

A "fast, friendly and affordable solution" is exactly THE OPPOSITE of what Bill & Son Towing offers.

Please SAVE YOURSELF and be aware of Bill & Son Towing company so that this DOES NOT happen to you. We are letting everyone we know aware of this.

DO NOT ACCEPT SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY, OR TAKE THEIR WORD AT FACE VALUE.

They tell you one thing, and then once your car is already delivered to its destination, they change their story and PRICE.
