I have been ripped off to the tune of $60K+ by Bill Yotty and Bruce Grogg. They made a LOT of promises and claims, and when things went badly because they couldn't deliver on ANY of them, I got a promise, in writing, from Bill Yotty to refund my purchase price for the homes. I received $40K, and just today received a nice email saying he was no longer honoring his agreement.

Run away, and save yourself a huge headache. These guys are bad news. And if you research Bill Yotty on the 'net (I didn't have his name at the beginning, only Bruce's) you will see that he has been involved in shady deals and companies before.... too bad I didn't havre that info before~
