Billingware.net Antivirus 2009 Professional Suckered me in, took my money, then disappeared Internet

In the summer of 2008 I was having trouble with a lot of pop-ups and junk. I responded to an offer from billingware.net.
I purchased 'Antivirus 2009 Professional' for a 3 year term at a cost of $79.95. The 'Antivirus 2009 system scan report' claimed to expose and remove 40 viruses.
I have been wondering why I have never received any updates. Today I tried to reach them.. Ha! They don't exist anymore and the 800 phone number has been disconnected..
The charge on my credit card was from onebills.com. I would like my money back, what a scam, what a sucker I was.
Can anyone out there help?
