Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I placed an order for the Antivirus2008 and was charged additional charges ti include Foreign Currency charges. I have tried by phone several times to inform this company of their error and only receive recordings and placed on hold.
I've sent three different emails and have received no response from them. Please if anyone knows how to contact this displaced company or what legal ramafications can be activated towards this company help me.
No on should be scammed out of their money.

As of last night I was finally able to talk with a human being at this company's #800-755-5909, however after telling him how dissatisfied with the way I've been treated, he promised to send me an email with instructions on how I could recieve my refund. He even gave me his name Simon and a extention to contact him.
Well I have not recieved the promised email and to top it off, when I called the above number today and entered the extention, I was told that it was an invalid extention.
People go figure on this one.
