Billy Earl Scott, aka "Bronco Billy" (often on sports radio) -  in Denver, Co. :  RE:  case number 12 CV 516, Arapahoe County Courts, Denver, Colorado.

Billy came to me in tears to borrow money to bury his deceased Mother in Milwaukee.  Being a trusting friend,  wanting to help him, I loaned him a total of $41,000.  He "promised" to pay me back with interest.  I found out later his Mother did not actually die until about 2 years later.  What kind of person says their parent has died in order to scam money anyway?!  The courts have declared that he is legally obligated to repay me with interest now totalling approximately $64,000 with attorney fees and interest accruing daily.

Remax Southeast, 3600 S. Yosemite, Denver, CO, apparently is supporting Billy because they are not recognizing the magnitude of this legal problem.  They are making low-ball offers of repayment and not respecting the agreed upon deadlines with my investigator.  DORA  (a governmental Dept. of Regulatory Agency) is now involved and Billy's career, as well as the career of Billy's manager at Remax are possibly in jeopardy.  

What kind of person steals money from a friend?!
