OK, I looked this over and it is really at a point of being silly.  This has gone on for years now.  I would suggest that the parties involved just stop, because this seems to be going nowhere.  It appears the original poster has a vendetta against Billy.  I can say that your purpose has been achieved.  This post will stay on this site and on google searches for the existence of this poor excuse for a website.  

First of all I was in this studio at least once every six weeks.I own a vitamin company and am also a book author.There was never a stage in this studio.That right there made me chuckle.Secondly, as a woman myself, if this actually happened to you, then why didn't you file a police report, not a rip off report.I'll tell you why, because you are some anonymous wacko that like the other poster said, probably got turned down somehow.as a large woman, as you put it...Maybe you don't belong modeling in lingerie in the first place.I mean you sound like you are writing some fantasy novel. As I lay there with my eyes closed from the strenuous posing.LMAO I mean come on now...Did you get that out of a Daniele Steele novel? So to Billy, Im glad you are using an attorney to subpoena the information from this company.Once you find out who made this fake report, sue them and expose their butt.You know you Can always hire Ken to represent you and do this, he would do it for free,Billy.

It is very hard to explain exactly what happened without being too graphic. But I will try, since I am tired of being called a liar. I agree, and always have, that Billy presents himself professionally and has legions of fans and admirers. His studio displays many signed posters of happy clients and celebrities.

You don't know me at all, but chose to fabricate a scenario based on assumptions about adult business owners. Much like saying "She asked for it", no matter how severe the outcome. That has been shown to be a very effective ploy to gain sympathy, but is simply not fair. "No" means "NO", whatever a persons job or garments.

Billy didn't give me a chance to say "NO". His studio was so hot, his stage so uncomfortable and his poses so strenuous, that at one point I simply collapsed on my back with my eyes closed. He was on the other side of the room, had been during the whole shoot, and I had no reason to think he would come near me. He had not touched me to adjust my pose, in fact had sat in a chair and instructed me verbally.

I even had to ask him to turn on the fan, because I was "sweating and wet". So, as I lie back, eyes closed, trying to relax and cool off, out of nowhere his hand is in my crotch. No warning, just wedgie! He did not ask if I was ok, touch my shoulder in concern, or approach me in anyway. I did my best to end the session safely and quickly without making him angry. I pushed his hand away, and told him I was ready to go home, "too tired to pose anymore".

I never came on to Billy at any time. He is not my type, too tall and macho imaged, like my older brothers. But he had convinced me that he was a gentle giant a teddy bear, and I would be safe. I can only assume my being a big woman, (not a sports model or little princess)had something to do with him thinking I would appreciate the attention. Perhaps he misread my upset condition about his awkward setting as something more, I cannot read minds. But an uninvited, unexpected touch(again while my eyes were closed) is just not appreciated.

If I could show you the emails he sent trying to date me and my many refusals, you would be certain I did not come on to him in anyway. But we are not allowed to present any evidence here, just testimony.

Do you believe him when he says he doesn't even know me? Believe what you want, I am sure he does not randomly attack little girls, cheerleaders, or rock stars with their entourage. But a Big woman, who meets him alone in his studio, might be fair game to him.

I'm not asking anyone to believe me, but I have nothing to gain from all this, except knowing I may have prevented another incident.  I had to warn others to just be careful. That's all.

I have known Billy for over 10 years and have never heard of anything like this from anyone.  Now I have had many ups and downs with him over the years, but never once have I EVER felt that he was less than professional AND I would still refer him to people.

 He has photographed my daughter along with many other kids that we know and he is professional and caring to the kids.  When we changed he left the room, if there was a problem he turned his back.  There was NOTHING inappropriate at all about him!

 You claim that you needed pictures for you lingerie website, so you are obviously not innocent by any means and I cant help but wonder if you were the one that maybe made a pass at him and he refused.  As far as the inappropriate touching, I dont believe that either.  He was probably trying to get you into the right position for the picture and you maybe wanted more?

 I have to defend Billy only because I know he is a great photographer and this sort of bogus claim is crazy.  As I said for the 10 + years I have known him he has been nothing but professional to anyone he has worked with.  I cannot take anything you say seriously with the whole "lingerie website" behind it all.  I have seen how alot of those look and I believe you were turned down by him or you are just a flat out liar!

There is a difference of opinion on this "Billy the Kid" only because the employee did not bother to look into the public record. Revealing true events and public record does not constitute slandar or defamation, by the way.

Taking pictures of pretty little girls. I have seen these kind of pictures displayed and sold to sites that cater to pre-kiddie porn. Provocative enough for the child predator to spend time savoring all the features of your little girl. No telling what this photographer does with these images, since he has a huge pile of bad checks in his criminal history. Not only that, his male role model, his father has been arrested for "Lewd and Lascivious", so lets hope "Billy the Kid" senior is not in the office.

Next, lets profile a person who has three or more battery arrests on his record. One domestic violence record... do you this this reflects a person who has respect for females? Combined with knowing how he called me every female foul name, I got the jest of what this person is all about.

Well Billy,

After my encounter with you and your foul attitude toward women when you have had an opportunity to use them, the person reporting you describes a predator-style which I have repeatedly witinessed from you on and off line. Just because you solicited sex from me does not give you permission to be abusive.

I am very afraid for the young and vulnerable girls you expose yourself to. Not only that, I believe predators will claim to be teddybears and christians every chance they get.

Sue me, but keep your language and body parts to yourself this time.

At the risk of repeating myself, I must respond when falsely attacked. I have no doubt that Billy has decades of happy clients, and a good reputation. That doesn't change what happened to me. By his denying to have ever met me, and getting his friends (who I never met) to insult me, he is just making it worse. I have a CD of his photos of me, signed by him, quite obviously his work, to anyone who has seen his portfolios. How can he say we have never met and he dont take "those kind of photos" when his myspace profile photo is a lingerie photo?? They won't let me post my contact info here, or I would be happy to show my evidence to anyone who asks. I have nothing to hide, or protect, or gain. Maybe all should consider the source, and ask yourself, "Who is lying?"

I used to work for Billy doing Hair and Make up. I have seen him with many clients. And every client I have ever spoken to, just loves him. From kids to grown ups. He has the patience of a saint in the photo studio. He always gets the best photos and when I see clients walking back in from getting their pictures taken, they are gleaming. He has a great personality and it shows in his work. Anyone who knows him, knows how hard he works as if he is not traveling he is in his studio working.

It makes me feel horrible, to see a man and a good father have to be slandered like this. I have never seen anything remotely close to what was described by this so called person. The fact that this person keeps writing things makes me believe she has some obsessive mental issues.

I suggest Billy gets himself a lawyer and files a slander suit against this person, because that is what this is, complete slander. If there is anyone reading this garbage on here, then I will tell you this, don't listen to it. It's garbage...Billy has treated everyone that walks in his studio like a Hollywood movie star. It's a shame some people are so hateful and ugly. He is a good person.

He recently sent me a series of friendly emails, saying we should "start over" without ever apologizing for denying he knew me, and then asking me to delete my original report. I see that he has a good recommendation posted here now, and I don't deny her word. I'm sure he has had many happy customers, little girl pageants, cheerleaders, even rock stars, judging from the samples in his, yes, upscale, studio. That does not change what happened between he and I. I can go into more detail, if anyone wants to contact me personally. (((ROR REDACTED))) I just wanted to warn other "safe targets", such as Lingerie models, or BBWs.

I have been a client of Billy The Kid Photography and he is one of the very few good guys out there. He is an excellent photographer, who is professional, courteous and respectful. I read this report and it made me sick why someone would try and hurt his reputation like this. He obviously works very hard, he is friendly and awesome at making all of my photos come out great. His studio is clean and very upscale. I can not believe this report. I have recommended many of my friends and associates to Billy and being in the modeling business, I have never heard one bad thing about him until I read this.

I have a cd of photos taken at his studio (which I am afraid to use for fear I cannot authenticate my rights), I have saved numerous emails during which he hurled unspeakable insults, and I have a "contract" of sorts which we both dated and signed, in his studio. Much of what transpired between us was in private with no witnesses, but by him saying we never met, he is showing how dishonest he can be. After he first contacted me online, we met in person a total of 3 times!! Twice at his studio after dark, (the first time I thought I had been given his home address, but he conducted himself appropriately, and convinced me to return). The second time he asked me to change into lingerie at once, and wanted to start shooting photos before any papers were signed. I had to ask him to produce a contract, and it did not appear standard to me, so I hand wrote a paragraph at the end, before we signed it.

I have nothing to gain by warning others. He did have a fairly professional looking studio, and loads of posters of celebrities, tho all the current work he showed me was predominantly female, cheerleaders, and Little Girl Pageants. It was concern for their safety and the dignity of all that prompted me to report originally.

First of all this is a false report and I would think The Rip Off .com would be a little more thorough in validity of false reports for the purpose of slandering a persons name/business.

I have been a professional photographer for 23 years. I have never had a complaint nor would you ever find anyone out there that would say I did anything inappropriate. I have always been described as professional and a gentleman. This is an obvious attempt to try and slander my business. I can supply hundreds or referrals and testimonals of the professional that I am. I do not engage in this type of photography either. I have never heard of this person and nothing like this has even remotely occured. However, if I do find out who filed this false slanderous report. They will be sued to the full extent of the law.
