This old hotel turned "condohotel" has changed management companies 3 times in the last 2 years and recently changed their condo relations manager as well. There has always been major problems with revenues for the owners at this hotel and the housekeeping is a beyond explanation even for a beach property. There have been issues with bug infestations which we have personally been billed for and the association has been a joke.

The only assistance we ever seemed to receive was through the previous manager who is no longer with the company(not surprising that she left). We would not reccomend that anyone purchase a unit at this resort!
