Binary International BINARY TRADERS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company is a total ripoff after I opened my account I took the bonus then I started trading on the 60s my first day I profited $700.00 I was trading $25 trades which is the min. I stopped trading because I n Blocked my trades. British West Indies, Anguilla British West Indies

FELLOWTRADERS do not ues Binary international I set up a $5000 account with this company I also took the bonus . when I first  traded on there 60s platform I profited $700. what starded happening after I was winning . In which I did not win every trade but I would double my trade when I lost so I would stay in the profit. What started happening was  I started to get blocked by the system it keeped saying the price changed please try again this would happened after pushing the button three or four times. I then went to the 5min trades and the same thing would happend I asked the company what is happening they told me they were doing weekly maintenance on there system .  In the middle of the NY London trading session. So I came back another day the same thing was happening I asked them again what is wrong they then told me it was my computer I informed them that I did not have a problem in the demo account they then stopped answering my calls and emails they took my money. I could not ask for my money back because I took the bonus. So by not accepting my trades whe I would trayed they were able to keep my money. Stay far away from Binary International. I forgot to tell you with my $5000 investment I was suppoed to chat weekly with a trading expert IT NEVER HAPPENED!!

Hi Trader,

I am also a Support agent for Binary International and just as Ray rightly said, we have never ha a client that has met our compliance requirements and have ad their funds blocked.

What you're seeing might actually be as a result of the system locking you out due to increased volatility, which is a means of protecting you from getting a price different from what you're actually seeing.

I'm sure your matter ha been duly resolved, we look forward to doing business with everyone in 2017 and beyond.

Hello I read your complaint. You stated you invested 5000 and took a bonus. You then said you profited 700 and wanted to withdraw. There policy says if you take a bonus you have to trade 30 to 50 times the bonus amount

I am the Support Team Manager for Binary Internaitonal.  Very sorry to hear of your"bad experience."  I can assure you our #1 priority is happy traders/customers.  To my knowledge we have never had a customer that as asked for a withdrawal of funds while in compliance with the rules agreed to when they signed up, not receive their funds.  

Also in regards to being "blocked" and not allowed to trade, if prices move due to volatility the trade won't be taken.  This is simply to protect you from getting a price that is different from what you initially asked for.  Again, this is simply for your protection.  

We use the same trading platform as most other Binary Brokers and a price feed that is a conglomeration of the best available prices. I assure you we are one of the top brokers in the industry in terms of our service and technical help.  

Please contact our support team and let them know Ray sent you to get assistance from your assigned Trading Expert as well as help with any withdrawal issues.   We can get you situated before the end of the day i'm confident.
