Binyon's is not designed to backup there products, lenses or customer service. Although this company provides a "30 Day Guarantee" don't be fooled since I have ordered two pairs of glasses with lense defects. Even admitting to poor customer service is the store managers lack of training in regards to correcting issues, they rather push you to call the 1800 number listed on Binyons website. Unfortunately you will get no where since they push you back to the store management. I highly suggest you look at other options when purchasing glasses.
