 I was told the the service rep that they had no control over shipping.  Having shipped several things over the years, I know it does not cost $12.00 to ship a package 2"x2" x6" from Canton, Ohio to West Alexandria, Ohio.

This is nothing more than a RIP OFF for a company to boost their profit.  I think it is a shame to use a mild word.
