i have a biostar mother board amd chipset less than 2 years old

 

after haveing windows 7 for ayear the usb ports quit working and i get a bsod saying usb bug code i tryed all the stuff on microsofts helpsite and nothing worked even reinstaled windows completly

 

I then contacted biostar via thare e support and have not receved any response this has been a major set back for my company sence this is the primary computer
